We focus primarily on three functional areas, namely, Operations, Risk & Compliance and Workforce Management. We believe these three areas are connected to each other and should be looked at holistically than in silos in order to achieve the strategic and operational goals of any organization. For example, workforce planning and capacity planning would fail if done individually whereas conduct risk is about the risks associated with the way an organization and its employees conduct themselves, therefore, deeply ingrained in the people and performance management strategy, operating model and processes and the overarching internal control and risk management framework of the organization.
